About Dr. Buddhapiya
Dr. Buddhapiya is a Buddhist scholar, educator, and leadership practitioner with a deep commitment to developing ethical, mindful, and compassionate leaders. As the Founder and President of Anawrahtar Leadership University (ALU), he leads the university with a vision to cultivate leaders who bring peace, wisdom, and positive change to society and Buddhism.
With a PhD in Management from the Swiss School of Business Research (SSBR), Dr. Buddhapiya developed the PLM Strategy (Peace-Leadership-Management) model—a new leadership paradigm that integrates inner peace, effective leadership, and skillful management for sustainable growth and success. He has years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and guiding monastic and lay leaders.
